Team Boileau is more than a program. It's a philosophy.
I founded Team Boileau because I saw too many people giving up - not for lack of willpower, but because the approach wasn't right for them.
Here, we believe in consistency over extremes. In understanding over restriction. In progress over perfection.
Every Team Boileau member is guided with rigor, compassion, and strategy. My goal isn't just for you to get results - it's for you to understand how to sustain them.

Émilie begins working with her first clients, primarily friends and acquaintances. She travels to their homes, bringing training plans and individual coaching.

The adventure takes a major turn: renting a garage in the countryside and transforming it into a full gym. A first step toward a professional space, with growing client enthusiasm.
